Retail Operations Officer, Asia (3 months contractor)
NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION Provide day-to-day retail operations and administrative support, ensuring smooth and consistent store operations Support implementation and compliance of retail operations policies, procedures, and best practices across all markets Support store teams in driving sales performance through operational excellence and timely reporting Prepare regular sales analysis, retail KPIs tracking, and related business performance reports for management review Manage invoices, vendor payments, and expense claims to ensure timely and accurate financial processing Coordinate procurement and allocation of POS materials, store supplies, and staff uniforms Handle customer enquiries and after-sales issues, liaising with HQ for repair, defective returns, and component orders Support store development, maintenance, and renovation projects by collaborating with contractors and internal stakeholders Monitor inventory accuracy, including stock transfers, adjustments and write-offs Assist in organizing sample sales and Family & Friends Sales in collaboration with merchandising and retail teams Support key projects including new store openings, store upgrades, and regional retail initiatives Oversee store administrative processes such as roster consolidation, attendance tracking, incentive reports Support financial and compliance processes including invoice submission, payment coordination, refund handling, and stock take arrangements across different markets Collaborate with Loss Prevention team, ensuring stores can meet their requirements QUALIFICATION / EDUCATION Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline Experience Required Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail operations, preferably in a multi-market environment CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED Detail-oriented, organized, and highly reliable Proactive, flexible, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment Full-time
