Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Retail Operations Manager / Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, manage business activities, and ensure sustainable business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing operational strategies, driving sales performance, managing employees, optimizing resources, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. This role requires strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, and the ability to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall branch operations and ensure all daily activities are carried out efficiently.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals, sales targets, and profitability.
• Monitor branch performance, revenue, expenses, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead and manage branch employees to ensure productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Plan manpower requirements, staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and employee development.
• Establish performance targets and evaluate staff performance to support business objectives.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, product availability, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure proper store presentation, cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business improvement.
• Implement cost-control measures and operational improvements to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with headquarters and relevant departments on business planning, promotions, and operational matters.
• Review operational processes and identify opportunities to improve service quality and business performance.
• Prepare and present regular branch performance reports, sales analysis, and operational updates to management. Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of retail management, branch operations, and business administration.
• Understanding of sales management, inventory control, merchandising, and customer relationship management.
• Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.
• Good knowledge of budgeting, financial monitoring, cost control, and business performance analysis.
• Familiarity with POS systems, ERP software, and retail management applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and make effective business decisions.
