Retail Operations Manager
Oversee and manage day-to-day retail store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Lead, motivate, coach, and develop store teams to achieve sales and operational targets. Set and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for stores and team members. Develop strategies and action plans to increase sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and overall store performance. Monitor inventory levels, product availability, stock movement, and minimize losses or discrepancies. Ensure proper implementation of merchandising, promotions, pricing, and company marketing programs. Maintain high standards of customer service and address customer concerns or escalated issues effectively. Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews to identify operational gaps and opportunities for improvement. Manage staffing requirements, scheduling, attendance, and employee performance. Work closely with other departments such as Sales, HR, Finance, Purchasing, and Supply Chain to ensure efficient retail operations. Analyze sales and operational reports and provide recommendations to management. Ensure stores comply with safety, security, cleanliness, and regulatory standards. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
