Manage sales, inventory, logistics, suppliers, customer service, and store/branch performance while ensuring efficient operations and achievement of business targets. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily retail and operational activities. Manage sales, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and supplier coordination. Lead and monitor store/operations staff. Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support. Monitor operational performance and achieve business targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years experience in retail or operations management. Experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical products, or power stations is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of inventory, logistics, and sales operations. Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace. Willing to travel when required.
