Ensure company's products and services meet quality standards, collaborate with quality control teams, institute changes to meet evolving market conditions and customers' demands. Develop budget, set targets and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement to drive profitability. Create reports about inventory levels, employee workloads, productivity and performance. Monitor orders and supply chain operations, identify wastefulness and areas of improvement and implement strategies to make operations as efficient as possible. Oversee operational team members and maintain work schedules. computer systems analyst, evaluates and improves an organization's computer systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Execute other ad-hoc dutes as required by Management from time to time.
