Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deployment of retail locations. Operational Management: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for betting shop operations, including staff training, customer service protocols, and cash handling processes. Monitor daily operations across all retail locations to ensure consistent performance, uptime of betting systems, and adherence to responsible gaming standards. Manage inventory, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software in betting shops, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime. Team Leadership and Training: Recruit, train, and manage operational and customer-facing staff. Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and compliance within the retail team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training on technology updates, betting processes, and regulatory requirements. Regulatory and Compliance Oversight: Ensure all betting shops comply with PAGCOR and other relevant regulatory requirements, including licensing, reporting, and responsible gaming practices. Maintain accurate records for audits, including transaction logs, system version numbers, and compliance documentation. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as store revenue, customer footfall, betting volume, and system uptime. Analyze operational data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve customer satisfaction. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on retail performance, challenges, and growth opportunities. Work Location: In person
