This is a full-time, on-site role in Taman Sungai Besi for someone who is organised, careful with details, and comfortable working with reports, purchase orders, stock, and outlet operations. Learn more about us at https://thepinkapparel.com Responsibilities Prepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders Coordinate stock and inventory matters for retail outlets Prepare daily and monthly sales reports Support outlet operations and new store openings Check commission, overtime, claims, and supporting information for monthly payroll processing Coordinate operational and finance administration, including aged POs and bank-in variances Maintain inter-company documents and operational records Support managers and HODs with administrative and operational tasks Requirements Able to speak, read, and write in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, and English At least 1 year of experience in administration, retail operations, or a similar role is preferred Comfortable using Gmail, Microsoft Word, and Excel Careful, organised, responsible, and able to work independently Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced retail environment Own transportation is preferred Experience with e-commerce platforms is an advantage Work details Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM Lunch break: 12:00 PM–1:00 PM On-site at 7, Jalan 2/108C, Taman Sungai Besi, 57100 Kuala Lumpur Immediate start preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month Application Question(s): Do you have your own transportation?
