Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager with a strong background in children’s toy retail and multi-store management . This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple toy store branches in Abu Dhabi , ensuring operational excellence, strong sales performance, high visual merchandising standards, and a premium-level customer experience. Key Requirements Proven 3 years of strong experience in children’s toy retail Managing at least 3 retail stores at one time Driving license Strong operational management skills (store operations, staffing, inventory control) Experience working with suppliers on deliveries, payments, pricing, branding, and promotional initiatives Excellent knowledge of visual merchandising standards and retail marketing Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching capabilities Ability to train teams on brand standards, VM execution, customer service, and sales growth Strong analytical skills and experience using retail management systems and sales data Ability to manage store budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures without compromising customer experience Ability to provide accurate sales and financial reporting to senior management Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred) Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of toy retail stores across Abu Dhabi Ensure consistent execution of operational, sales, visual merchandising (VM), and customer service standards across the store network Lead, motivate, and develop store teams: hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management Monitor sales performance, KPIs, store profitability, and operational efficiency Coordinate closely with suppliers on purchase orders, delivery scheduling, pricing, branding initiatives, in-store activations, and events Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, movement, and loss prevention Maintain and elevate high standards of visual merchandising and retail marketing aligned with brand guidelines Identify opportunities to optimize store processes, costs, and customer experience Implement company policies and foster a positive, performance-driven workplace culture Prepare accurate operational, sales, and financial reports for senior management Additional Requirements UAE driving license and own car Strong awareness of toy industry trends Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Focus on premium customer service and brand-level standards Working Conditions & Benefits 6 working days per week 9 working hours per day (1 hour break included) Competitive salary (based on interview results and experience) Company-provided employment visa and medical insurance Annual airfare Language Requirements English — required fluent Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): Do you have UAE Driver’s License?
