Work with retail colleagues to plan staffing and rosters around trading needs. Drive sales performance by reviewing customer conversion, purchase value and team productivity. Turn sales results and customer feedback into practical improvements to store performance. Maintain consistent product presentation, window displays and store layouts. Coordinate with marketing colleagues on promotions, customer events and in-store campaign activity. Recruit, onboard and coach store employees, developing their selling skills and readiness for greater responsibility. Support store openings and expansion while maintaining consistent operational and customer experience standards. Requirements Minimum 4–6 years of retail experience, including at least 3–4 years in a managerial role within Singapore fashion retail. Demonstrated success improving sales and managing flagship or multiple-store operations. Strong understanding of premium visual merchandising, with practical leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working hands-on across operations, sales and brand activities; experience supporting events or local marketing is highly desirable.
