With new stores opening and existing locations being refurbished, we're seeking an experienced, hands-on Retail Manager to lead across a cluster of 10 of our bustling stores. Role Overview: Are you an experienced, hands-on leader with a track record of success in managing a venue or store? Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and are able to drive results through operational excellence? Reporting directly to the Directors and Operations Manager, you will lead, motivate and inspire your teams across 10 stores to achieve budgets, KPIs and profit targets. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead, motivate and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and profit targets ● Analyse reports to make innovative commercial decisions that drive your stores, and manage controllable costs in line with budgets and guidelines to maximise profitability ● Review customer demand and stock availability to adjust store ranges and inventory requirements. ● Coordinate purchasing and promotions under company procedures and implement approved pricing ● Coordinate weekly, seasonal and event-based promotions across the assigned ● Support customer enquiries and ensure the team provides accurate product information ● Monitor inventory, sales, wastage and expenditure records and report results to senior management ● Assist with recruitment, staff training, rostering, performance monitoring and coaching ● Monitor workplace safety, food safety, hygiene and incident-reporting requirements and arrange corrective action ● What's in it for You? ● Competitive salary package of $75,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation ● High level of autonomy and responsibility across a multi-site portfolio ● Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding retailer ● Work alongside a friendly and collaborative team What We're Looking For: ● Proven experience driving a high-performance team committed to providing exceptional customer service ● Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop and provide feedback to your team to achieve goals ● Outstanding multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to structure your days to support your teams ● Willingness to spend time on the shop floor working alongside your team so you can lead from the front ● Sound commercial acumen and the ability to analyse reports to make innovative decisions To be successful you must: ● Be vibrant, team focused and ready to work across an exciting venues ● Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a customer-focused team culture ● Be highly organised and detail-oriented ● Demonstrate strong communication and leadership abilities ● Maintain high standards of stock control and occupational health & safety compliance Additional Information: This is a long-term, full-time position ideal for candidates with proven multi-site retail management experience and a clear vision for career growth.
