We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Retail Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help take our retail operation to the next level. About the Role As Retail Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bakery’s retail operation. You’ll lead and support the team, maintain high service standards, drive sales and ensure the store is presented at its best every day. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, working with people and creating a great customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and motivate the retail team Oversee daily opening, closing and store operations Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and food safety Manage staff rosters, breaks and day-to-day team requirements Monitor sales, wastage, stock levels and ordering Support the team during busy service periods Train new team members and develop existing staff Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally Work closely with the bakery/production team to ensure smooth daily operations Identify opportunities to improve sales, service and operational efficiency Help create a positive, energetic and inclusive workplace culture About You You’ll be a confident people leader who enjoys hospitality and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
