As we continue to develop and expand, we're looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, customer service and retail management who wants to play an important role in the continued growth of our business. The Role As Retail Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, strong sales performance and high standards of store presentation. You will lead by example, support the wider team and help create a positive, energetic and professional retail environment. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the daily operation and overall performance of the store. - Lead, motivate and support retail staff to deliver excellent customer service. - Drive sales performance and work towards agreed store targets. - Ensure the store is consistently presented to a high standard. - Manage stock levels, deliveries, replenishment and inventory control. - Oversee cash handling, till reconciliation, refunds and other store procedures where required. - Assist with staff scheduling, training and day-to-day team management. - Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally. - Support promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal activities. - Maintain company standards relating to security, health and safety, and loss prevention. - Report store performance, operational issues and opportunities for improvement to senior management. What We're Looking For - Previous retail management or supervisory experience. - A genuine interest in fashion and current retail trends. - Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. - A customer-focused approach with a positive attitude. - Experience working towards sales targets. - Ability to motivate and support a team. - Confidence handling day-to-day retail operations. - Flexibility to work across different shifts, including weekends when required. - A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
