You will be working with quality furniture brands such as Tetrad, Nattuzzi, Calia Italia and many more. The role requires a confident team leader that understands the importance of achieving sales and profit targets whilst delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate would have a proven sales managerial/supervisory experience. Responsibilities include: - Reporting directly to the wider management team - Accountable for achieving sales revenue targets - Manage, coach and drive the performance of the team - Manage the team rotas, timesheets, holiday requests and sickness management - Customer service focused, with a passion for the products - Maintaining brand standards by ensuring the store is merchandised according to guidelines and POS is accurately displayed - Along with your team, ensure high standards of housekeeping are maintained This is an exciting role within a fast-paced, creative and fun environment with opportunity to make the role your own and significantly contribute to the growth and success of the showroom. This is a full-time permanent position and the successful candidate must be able to work weekends and Bank Holidays without restrictions.
