Recommend and sell retail telco products, services, devices, and plans. Achieve sales and service KPIs through upselling and cross-selling. Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally. Support daily store operations, inventory management, and SOP compliance. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in any field Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage). Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Computer literate (MS Office) with basic typing skills. Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Able to stand for extended periods during working hours. Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented.
