They are currently looking for an experienced Retail Construction / Project Coordinator to support the development, renovation and maintenance of their retail facilities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate retail shop construction, renovation and fitting-out projects Work closely with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed smoothly Monitor project progress, site work and construction schedules Coordinate with relevant parties on project requirements, documentation and follow-up Assist in handling multiple retail outlet projects and related construction activities Ensure work is carried out according to project requirements, quality standards and agreed timelines Requirements Solid experience in retail shop construction, fitting-out, renovation or related project work Candidates with hands-on experience managing or coordinating multiple shop / retail projects are highly preferred Good command of written and reading English is essential Strong coordination and communication skills Able to work independently and follow up with contractors and different stakeholders Practical, responsible and detail-oriented Candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply Temporary,Contract
