A Beauty Consultant deliver excellent customer service, promote products and contribute to sales growth. Key Responsibilities. Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assess customers' beauty, skincare, and cosmetics needs. Recommend suitable beauty and personal care products. Demonstrate product usage and application techniques. Build and maintain a strong customer relationship. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and products displayed. Maintain a clean, organized and attractive sales area. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
