The Assistant Manager will act as the Store Manager's key support and take full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence. Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Performance - Support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding store sales and profitability targets. - Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement. - Drive key retail KPIs including conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, and customer satisfaction. - Analyse sales trends and take corrective actions to improve business performance. - Ensure effective implementation of promotions, campaigns, launches, and commercial initiatives. - Motivate the team to maximise sales opportunities and achieve individual and store targets. 2. Team Management & People Development - Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of store employees. - Allocate daily responsibilities and ensure adequate manpower deployment based on business requirements. - Conduct regular team briefings and communicate business priorities and targets. - Coach team members on selling skills, product knowledge, customer service, and performance. - Monitor individual performance and provide timely feedback and coaching. - Identify high performers and potential talent for career development. - Address employee concerns and disciplinary matters in line with company policies and HR guidelines. Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR5,600.00 per month Work Location: In person
