This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys coaching teams, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the operations of multiple retail outlets within the assigned territory. - Drive sales growth, profitability, and productivity across all stores. - Monitor store performance through sales analysis, KPIs, and operational metrics. - Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers to build high-performing teams. - Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising, customer service, and operational standards. - Manage manpower planning, staff productivity, and succession planning. - Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention initiatives. - Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews. - Collaborate with Head Office on promotions, new store openings, and business initiatives. - Resolve operational challenges and ensure a positive customer experience across all outlets. Requirements - SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related discipline. - Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, including at least 2 years managing multiple retail outlets. - Experience in fashion, apparel, sportswear, lifestyle, or specialty retail is highly preferred. - Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to achieve sales and operational targets. - Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. - Willing to travel extensively across Klang Valley.
