RESPONSIBILITIES: Cluster Sales Achievement: Drive sales and achieve targets across assigned stores. Customer Service Satisfaction: Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships. People & Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate store teams to achieve their goals. Operational Efficiency & Process Compliance: Ensure smooth store operations and compliance with company standards. Productivity Optimization & OPEX Management: Maximize team productivity while managing operating expenses effectively. Inventory Accuracy & Report Generation: Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare timely operational reports. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field. Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in retail sales or store operations management at the supervisory or managerial levels. Interest: Motorcycle riders or enthusiasts have an advantage.
