The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, ensure safety and quality standards, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain excellent customer relationships. Key Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and manage restoration or construction projects exceeding $1M. - Oversee crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project timelines. - Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements. - Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare reports and photo logs. - Manage project invoicing, change orders, and vendor qualifications. - Communicate regularly with estimators, clients, and management. - Maintain customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services. - Support emergency response and catastrophe recovery projects as needed. Requirements - Experience in project management within construction or property restoration. - Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, site supervision, and team coordination. - Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, or restoration services. - Ability to manage multiple projects and crews while meeting deadlines. - Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills. - Willingness to travel periodically and work nights or weekends when required.
