In this role, you will oversee all phases of restoration projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to safety standards, and client satisfaction. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and technical software will drive successful project execution from inception to completion. Responsibilities - Lead the planning, execution, and closing of restoration projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives. - Develop comprehensive project schedules to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors. - Review applicable documents to ensure accurate interpretation of project requirements and compliance with industry standards. - Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets effectively. - Oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations. - Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and resolve issues promptly. - Monitor project progress through regular site visits, progress reports, and schedule updates; adjust plans as necessary for optimal outcomes. - Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information). - Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment. - Lead project meetings to review milestones, address challenges, and reinforce team accountability in a fast-paced environment. Experience - Proven experience managing restoration or construction projects with a strong focus on project management principles. - Extensive knowledge of construction site operations including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and site safety practices. - Familiarity with and ability to produce estimates. - Hands-on experience with project scheduling techniques to coordinate multiple trades efficiently. - Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
