The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, supporting the team, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring that food quality, cleanliness, and company standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations. Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house and service staff. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally. Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards. Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, and daily task assignments. Train and coach new and existing team members. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or operational issues to management. Ensure proper cash handling and accurate end-of-shift procedures. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback when required. Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are followed. Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily reports, inventory, and operational tasks. Support the team during busy periods and ensure smooth and efficient service. Open and/or close the restaurant according to company procedures. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory or leadership role. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operations. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. Professional, reliable, organized, and team-oriented.
