Restaurant Supervisor
Job Description : Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead and support the service team during daily shifts, ensuring excellent guest experience. Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure all shift checklists are completed. Assign staff to stations and monitor service flow throughout the shift. Ensure service standards, restaurant SOPs, and Korean hospitality standards are consistently followed. Coordinate closely with the Kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the outlet. Assist in handling guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager when necessary. Conduct regular checks on tables, service areas, equipment, and overall outlet condition. Support staff training and coaching on service procedures, menu knowledge, and guest service. Assist with stock checks, inventory control, and daily operational tasks when required. Support the Assistant Manager with daily sales reporting, administrative tasks, and other operational duties. Motivate and guide team members to maintain a positive and professional working environment. What We Are Looking For: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Supervisor in restaurant operations, preferably from a quick-service restaurant (QSR) background. Experience in a restaurant pre-opening and setup is highly preferred. Strong understanding of daily restaurant operations, including service standards, manpower planning, inventory control, and cost management. Good knowledge of HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Able to lead, train, and motivate the team while maintaining high service standards. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Good leadership and team management skills. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. Good command of English is preferred.
