This role involves coordinating staff, maintaining food and service standards, monitoring inventory, supporting customer relations, and ensuring smooth workflow throughout each shift. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and is comfortable managing a busy restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest-service activities. - Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and shift workflow. - Support and guide front-of-house and kitchen team members. - Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and customer-service standards. - Assist with employee training, onboarding, and performance coaching. - Respond professionally to guest feedback, requests, and service concerns. - Monitor food, beverage, and restaurant supply inventory. - Assist with ordering, receiving, and organizing supplies. - Support POS operations and established cash-handling procedures. - Help maintain efficient service flow and resolve routine operational issues. - Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dining and service areas. - Support opening and closing procedures and daily operational checklists. - Communicate staffing, inventory, and operational needs to senior management. - Follow food-safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company procedures. Qualifications - Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food-service management experience. - Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment. - Good judgment and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control, and restaurant operations. - Ability to train, motivate, and support team members. - Professional and respectful approach to guests and coworkers.
