This role involves coordinating staff, overseeing service workflows, monitoring operational performance, managing inventory, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills and can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest-service activities. - Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen workflows to support efficient service. - Supervise, support, and coach restaurant team members. - Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance development. - Monitor food quality, order accuracy, guest satisfaction, and service standards. - Respond to guest feedback and resolve service concerns professionally. - Monitor food, beverage, and operating supply levels. - Support inventory tracking, ordering, receiving, and stock organization. - Oversee POS operations and established cash-handling procedures. - Help manage labor, supplies, and daily operational priorities. - Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dining and kitchen areas. - Support opening and closing procedures and daily operational checklists. - Communicate staffing, inventory, and operational needs to senior management. - Follow company policies and applicable food-safety, sanitation, and workplace requirements. Qualifications - Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food-service operations experience. - Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience is preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills. - Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control, and restaurant procedures. - Ability to train, support, and motivate team members. - Professional and respectful approach to guests and coworkers. - Willingness to follow company standards and operating procedures.
