This role involves coordinating staff, monitoring service quality, managing inventory, supporting customer relations, and helping maintain consistent operational standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily restaurant operations and service activities. - Coordinate staff assignments, schedules, and shift workflow. - Support and guide front-of-house and kitchen team members. - Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and guest-service standards. - Assist with employee onboarding, training, and performance coaching. - Respond professionally to guest feedback, requests, and service concerns. - Monitor food, beverage, and restaurant supply inventory. - Assist with purchasing, receiving, and organizing supplies. - Support POS operations and established cash-handling procedures. - Help maintain efficient service flow and resolve routine operational issues. - Ensure dining areas, kitchen spaces, and service stations remain clean and organized. - Support opening and closing procedures and daily operational checklists. - Communicate staffing, inventory, and operational needs to senior management. - Follow food-safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company policies. Qualifications - Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food-service management experience. - Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy restaurant environment. - Good judgment and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with POS systems, inventory procedures, and restaurant operations. - Ability to train, motivate, and support team members. - Professional and respectful approach to guests and coworkers.
