The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities - Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards. - Lead, coach, and develop restaurant management and service teams. - Monitor staffing, labor, and operational performance. - Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns. - Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house operations. - Monitor inventory, purchasing, and supplies. - Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards. - Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development. - Review sales and operating performance to improve efficiency. - Support special events and high-volume service periods. Requirements - Previous restaurant management or operations experience. - Strong leadership and team-management skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of restaurant POS and operational systems. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
