Your primary responsibilities will include driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, developing leadership talent, and maintaining brand standards. You will act as a strategic leader to align regional goals with the company's mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities What You’ll Do - Take ownership of the day-to-day operation and help build a high-performing location. - Translate franchise procedures, systems, and standards into consistent behaviors on the floor . - Build a culture of accountability where expectations are clear and results matter. - Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong team. - Lead by example and create an environment where people know what “great” looks like. - Establish operational rhythms, routines, and standards that keep the business running consistently. - Identify problems, take action, and find solutions rather than waiting to be told what to do. - Monitor performance and use the numbers to understand what is working and where we need to improve. - Help drive sales, customer experience, team performance, and overall profitability. - Continuously improve the business and identify opportunities for growth. - Help turn a newer location into a best-in-class operation . Qualifications - Experience: Minimum 2 years in management within the food service or retail industry. Experience in franchise operations is a plus. - Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.
