RESTAURANT MANAGER – THAI & ITALIAN RESTAURANT We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, maintain high service standards, lead the team, and ensure an excellent guest experience. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or similar role. Experience in Thai and/or Italian restaurants is highly preferred. Fine dining, upscale dining, hotel, or high-volume restaurant experience is an advantage. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards. Experience managing and developing a diverse, multicultural team. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Knowledge of food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, inventory, wastage, and operational expenses. Experience with staff scheduling, training, performance management, and daily operations. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in English is required. Thai or Italian language skills are an advantage. UAE restaurant/hospitality experience is preferred. Immediate availability is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. Lead, train, motivate, and develop restaurant staff. Maintain high standards of food quality, service, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Manage staff schedules, attendance, and staffing levels. Handle guest feedback, complaints, special requests, and VIP arrangements. Coordinate effectively between Front of House and Kitchen teams. Monitor food and beverage quality, portion control, inventory, and wastage. Assist with budgets, sales targets, reporting, and financial controls. Coordinate stock, purchasing, and supplier requirements. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards. Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational targets. Support promotions, special events, and private dining. Maintain relationships with regular guests and support customer loyalty. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Work with senior management to achieve sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational targets. 2. WAITER / WAITRESS We are also looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to provide exceptional service and contribute to an excellent dining experience. Salary: Up to AED 2,200 per month Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a casual dining restaurant. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant service procedures. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong teamwork and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus and explain menu items, specials, ingredients, and allergens. Recommend food and beverage items and answer guest questions. Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely and accurate service. Prepare tables and serve food and beverages professionally. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests. Handle guest complaints politely and professionally. Upsell menu items and daily specials where appropriate. Clear, clean, and reset tables according to restaurant standards. Maintain a clean and organized dining area. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
