# Restaurant Manager (SM Megamall) **Raffco International Trading Corporation** · Ortigas · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards. ● Implement standards and procedures to ensure efficient operations and that all staff follow them. ● Monitors sales performance and works towards achieving sales targets. ● Manage operating expenses including utilities, supplies, labor costs, lights, gas, and breakages, to meet budget goals. ● Handle staff scheduling and ensure optimal staffing levels. ● Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and maintain a positive customer experience. ● Coordinate with suppliers for inventory management and ordering. ● Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant. ● Monitor the performance of the restaurant and establish guidelines to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. ● Performs side duties and assists in food service operations such as queueing, and greeting customers. ● Handles cash management - ensures no cash shortages, handles petty cash, manages change funds, etc. Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Restaurant management: 4 years (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Required) Work Location: In person
