Restaurant Manager (Jalan Kamuning, nearby KL-TRX)
Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the restaurant outlet. Lead, supervise and motivate the outlet team. Ensure excellent customer service and food quality. Monitor sales, manpower, stock and operating costs. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene and safety standards. Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues. Train and develop staff to improve performance. Achieve outlet sales and operational targets. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant/F&B management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good problem-solving and team management skills. Able to work on weekends and public holidays. Positive, responsible and customer-oriented attitude.
