Located directly on the water in Mosman, St. Siandra is a premium casual restaurant built around Coastal Mediterranean food through an Australian native lens , a strong wine and beverage program, and relaxed but attentive hospitality. We are currently entering an exciting new phase for the venue, with a new menu, evolving service standards, a growing events business and a renewed focus on creating an exceptional guest experience. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey - not simply manage shifts. THE ROLE Working closely with our senior management team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day restaurant operation while helping us continue to develop our people, systems and service culture. Your responsibilities will include: Leading FOH services and maintaining high service standards Coaching, training and developing the FOH team Creating a positive, accountable and professional team culture Managing rosters, labour and daily operational requirements Leading pre-service briefings and post-service communication Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team Maintaining strong communication between restaurant, bar and kitchen Driving food, wine and beverage knowledge across the team Managing guest feedback and service recovery Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff development Maintaining venue presentation, organisation and cleanliness Understanding key restaurant KPIs including labour, average spend, sales and guest feedback Helping identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and grow the business WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for a hospitality professional who is confident on the floor and genuinely enjoys leading people. You will ideally have: Previous Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior FOH management experience in a quality restaurant Strong leadership and communication skills A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience Good food and wine knowledge Experience training and developing teams Strong organisation and attention to detail Commercial awareness and an understanding of restaurant performance The ability to remain calm and lead confidently during busy services A hands-on attitude - no job is beneath you Current NSW RSA Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude and leadership style .
