The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of restaurant operations, staff management, delivery platforms, customer service, and sales. Key Responsibilities - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the F&B outlet. - Supervise, train, and manage restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor sales, daily targets, food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction. - Manage and monitor all online food delivery platforms, including Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, Careem, and Keeta . - Ensure menus, prices, promotions, availability, and operating hours are updated across all delivery platforms. - Monitor incoming online orders and ensure they are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time. - Coordinate with delivery partners and resolve order-related issues promptly. - Monitor online reviews, customer feedback, and ratings and take necessary corrective actions. - Manage inventory, stock levels, wastage, and daily operational requirements. - Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for timely stock availability. - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards. - Prepare and review daily sales and operational reports. - Identify opportunities to improve sales and increase delivery and dine-in revenue. - Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer service. - Ensure staff follow company policies, procedures, and hygiene standards. - Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches. Requirements - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an F&B Manager or similar supervisory/management role. - Strong experience in restaurant/café operations. - Hands-on experience managing Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, Careem, and Keeta . - Good understanding of online delivery operations and platform management. - Strong leadership and staff management skills. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced F&B environment. - Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. - UAE F&B experience is preferred. - Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
