Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead the team to achieve operational and financial goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service standards, and the ability to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure excellent customer experiences by maintaining high service standards and responding to guest feedback.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, stock control, and minimize wastage.
• Control operational costs and support revenue growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
• Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant presentation.
• Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and business improvement strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Arab nationals are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage, lead, and motivate a diverse team.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Experience in inventory control, cost management, and staff scheduling.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and basic computer skills is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
