Key Responsibilities : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant Lead, motivate and manage front-of-house teams Ensure an exceptional and consistent guest experience Coordinate service and ensure smooth restaurant operations Manage staff scheduling, organization and performance Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (sales, upselling, guest satisfaction) Drive revenue and optimize restaurant performance Manage inventory, supplies and operational costs Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism Participate in recruitment, onboarding and team development Organize and deliver training to maintain service excellence Manage cash handling and cash control procedures Collaborate closely with the kitchen and management teams Contribute to the successful opening and development of the restaurant Skills & Soft Skills : Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service orientation Strong organizational and operational skills Ability to motivate and develop a team Commercial mindset and results-oriented approach Excellent communication skills Stress management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and high standards of excellence Professional appearance and attitude Passion for French hospitality and the restaurant industry We Offer : Attractive compensation package including base salary and allowances Housing allowance Work visa and residence sponsorship fully covered by the company Health insurance coverage Life and accident insurance 26 working days of annual leave + UAE public holidays End-of-service benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law 5 working days per week with 2 days off The opportunity to be part of the opening team of an exceptional fine-dining project in the Middle East Career growth opportunities within an internationally renowned hospitality group
