The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for staff management, operational efficiency, sales performance, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant. * Lead, train, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff. * Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally. * Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, portion, control, and service standards. * Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace regulations. * Monitor sales, expenses, inventory, wastage, and daily cash handling. * Control food and beverage costs and implement measures to reduce unnecessary waste. * Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient service * Manage inventory levels, stock, receiving, storage, and supplier coordination. * Prepare staff schedules according to business needs and expected customer volume. * Conduct staff briefings, performance, evaluations, and training sessions. * Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, safe, and properly maintained at all times. * Support marketing initiatives, promotion, events, and activities designed to increase sales * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management. * Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to improve revenue and customer satisfaction. * Resolve operational issues quickly and maintain a positive working environment. * Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed.
