We’re a busy, high-energy restaurant with a team that works hard, looks out for each other, and has fun doing it. We’re looking for a leader who can bring out the best in that team and make every guest’s visit unforgettable. The Role As Restaurant Manager, you’ll run the day-to-day operation and lead the front of house team. You’ll set the standard for service, keep the restaurant running smoothly on the busiest nights, and drive the business forward. You’re hands-on, visible on the floor, and just as comfortable coaching a new runner as you are reviewing the numbers. What You'll Do - Lead, motivate and develop the front of house team: hosts, waiters, runners and supervisors - Recruit, onboard and train new staff to our standards - Create staff rotas and manage labour costs - Be on the floor during service, supporting the team and building relationships with guests - Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and turn them into positives - Work closely with the Head Chef to keep kitchen and floor in sync - Manage stock, ordering and supplier relationships for front of house - Track sales, costs and targets, and find ways to grow revenue - Oversee cash handling, end-of-day reports and POS accuracy - Ensure full compliance with health, safety and food hygiene regulations - Support marketing, promotions, events and social media activity - Keep the restaurant looking its best, inside and out Requirements: - GENDER: MALE - Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy, high-volume restaurant - Specialty: Strong knowledge of Hindi/Urdu and also English - Availability: Must be ready to join in the next week (Own Visa will be advantage). Schedule & Location: - Work Hours: 9 hours shift + 1 hour break. - Work Days: 6 days per week. - Location: Bur Dubai Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
