Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of Restaurant Manager experience , preferably within the UAE. Proven experience managing high-volume, upscale or busy restaurant operations . Fluent English required; Arabic speaking is highly preferred. Strong, hands-on leader who believes in leading from the front . Highly driven, commercially minded and focused on achieving results. Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, service standards and guest experience . Strong ability to recruit, train, motivate and manage a high-performing team . Experienced in food cost, labour cost, budgeting, inventory, wastage control and profitability . Ability to manage busy operations while maintaining quality, consistency and service standards . Good understanding of marketing, social media, promotions and local customer engagement . Proactive problem-solver with the ability to think outside the box and take ownership . Passionate about building a successful restaurant, developing repeat customers and strengthening the brand. The Role This is not a desk-based management position. We are looking for someone who will be actively involved on the restaurant floor , drive the team, engage with guests, control costs and take full responsibility for the restaurant's performance.
