Position: Restaurant Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service. Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff. Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally. Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards. Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily assignments. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams. Achieve sales targets and control operational costs. Prepare daily/weekly operational reports. Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and company policies. Requirements Minimum 2 –3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role. UAE restaurant experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards. Ability to manage staff and work under pressure. Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
