Daily Operations & Guest Relations Manage front-of-house (FOH) and coordinate with back-of-house (BOH) kitchen teams for smooth service flow. Deliver superior customer service and handle guest complaints or service recovery efficiently. Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and operational readiness Staff Management & Training Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate the performance of service and support staff. Monitor staff grooming, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
