What You'll Do Lead and inspire the restaurant team to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations while maintaining fine dining service standards. Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and service staff. Monitor sales performance, labor costs, and operational expenses to achieve business goals. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, safety, and compliance. Handle guest concerns professionally and turn challenges into exceptional service opportunities. Collaborate with the culinary and management teams to execute promotions, special events, and continuous improvements. Foster a positive, engaging, and performance-driven work culture. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of management experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Excellent communication and guest relations abilities. Proven experience managing restaurant operations, financial performance, and team productivity. Ability to remain calm, organized, and decisive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
