Key Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations and supervise staff. Create, document, and implement SOPs for all restaurant operations . Develop opening, closing, cleaning, and daily operational checklists. Establish clear procedures for inventory, purchasing, receiving, storage, and waste control. Monitor food cost , control expenses, and reduce waste. Manage and update the POS system , including adding and updating menu items and prices. Monitor daily sales and prepare reports using Excel . Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance. Train employees and establish clear performance standards. Ensure food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and food safety. Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues. Continuously improve operational procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Requirements: Proven experience in restaurant management and operations. Hands-on experience in creating and implementing restaurant SOPs from scratch. Experience in inventory management, purchasing, and food cost control. Proficiency in Excel and POS systems . Strong staff management, leadership, and training skills. Fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written. Previous restaurant experience in the UAE is preferred.
