Key Responsibilities Manage daily Front of House and Back of House operations. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints effectively. Supervise, motivate, train, and evaluate staff. Manage inventory, product quality, suppliers, and operational costs. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards. Monitor sales, expenses, productivity, and overall restaurant performance. Organize staff schedules and manage shifts efficiently. Support local promotions, events, and marketing activities. Implement policies and procedures to improve restaurant operations. Requirements Proven experience as a Manager or similar role. Strong F&B and customer service knowledge. Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills. Good financial and operational management skills. Familiarity with restaurant management software. Hospitality or Business Administration qualification is an advantage. Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
