PEOPLE, NOT PAPERWORK. We’re Hiring – Restaurant HR | UAE We are looking for a Restaurant HR professional who understands one simple thing: Great restaurants are built by great people. This is not an HR position where the day is spent only sending emails, preparing forms, and updating spreadsheets. We need someone who wants to know the team . Someone who visits the restaurants, speaks with employees, understands what is happening behind the scenes, supports managers, finds the right talent, solves problems early, and helps us build teams that people genuinely want to be part of. Position: Restaurant HR Industry: F&B / Hospitality Location: UAE Restaurant / Hospitality HR Experience: Strongly Preferred WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY DO? Find the right people. Not simply collect CVs. Understand our restaurants, understand each position, interview properly, and identify people who fit both the job and our culture. Know your team. Build relationships with employees across FOH, BOH, Bar and Management. Be visible and approachable. Understand what is happening before a small issue becomes a resignation. Support our managers. Work closely with Restaurant Managers and department heads on recruitment, performance, attendance, discipline, development, and team planning. Own the employee journey. From recruitment and offer letters to onboarding, probation, development, promotions, documentation, and eventually offboarding. Keep HR organized. Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, leave, attendance, documentation, trackers, reports, and HR systems. Understand UAE employment requirements. Coordinate employment documentation, visas, medicals, Emirates ID processes and other HR/PRO requirements while ensuring company procedures comply with UAE Labour Law. Be present in the operation. Restaurants don't operate from 9 to 5 — and neither does restaurant HR. You need to understand the reality of hospitality and be flexible when the operation needs you. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We want someone who is: Experienced in restaurant, hospitality or F&B HR Strong in recruitment and interviewing Comfortable recruiting everyone from Commis Chefs and Waiters to Restaurant Managers and Head Chefs Knowledgeable about UAE Labour Law and employment processes Organized and extremely accurate with documentation Confident communicating in English Comfortable working with HR systems, Excel, reports and employee records Approachable enough that employees will speak openly with you Strong enough to handle difficult conversations professionally Fast, practical and solution-oriented Able to balance the interests of the employee, the manager and the business THE PERSON WE REALLY WANT You don't need to know every employee's birthday. But you should know who is performing, who is struggling, which department needs people, why good employees are leaving, which manager needs support, and what we can do better as an employer.
