Manage restaurant reservations, walk-in guests and waiting lists. Confirm guest details, number of persons and any special requests. Allocate tables according to the restaurant seating plan and operational requirements. Escort guests to their tables and present menus where applicable. Maintain accurate knowledge of breakfast, lunch and dinner timings, menus, promotions and restaurant facilities. Coordinate with supervisors and service staff regarding table availability, VIP guests, groups and special requests. Monitor table occupancy and guest flow to avoid unnecessary waiting and ensure balanced seating across service sections. Answer restaurant telephone calls and respond professionally to reservation and general dining enquiries. Maintain accurate reservation records and communicate changes to the relevant team. Recognize VIPs, repeat guests and in-house guests whenever information is available. Assist guests with information regarding buffet offerings, restaurant promotions and other hotel F&B outlets. Promote appropriate restaurant packages, special offers and F&B promotions when applicable. Handle basic guest concerns professionally and immediately inform the Supervisor or Assistant F&B Manager when further assistance is required. Coordinate with the cashier regarding guest billing requirements when necessary. Ensure the restaurant entrance, hostess desk, menus and reservation area are clean, organized and presentable. Coordinate with Front Office when clarification of breakfast, Half Board or Full Board entitlement is required. Maintain professional grooming, uniform and personal hygiene standards at all times. Follow hotel food safety, hygiene, health and safety, security and emergency procedures. Support restaurant operations during busy periods, including clearing simple items, preparing menus or assisting service colleagues when required. Participate in departmental briefings, training and hotel activities. Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the F&B Supervisor, Assistant F&B Manager or hotel management. Pay: AED2,342.52 - AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
