Key Responsibilities Welcome every guest warmly and professionally upon arrival. Manage reservations, waiting lists, table allocation, and guest seating. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus professionally. Ensure guests are seated comfortably and that tables are properly prepared. Have basic knowledge of the restaurant's Lebanese cuisine, specialties, mezze, grills, desserts, beverages, and shisha . Answer basic guest questions and direct detailed food-related inquiries to the appropriate service team. Coordinate closely with Captain Waiters and Restaurant Manager regarding table availability, VIP guests, special occasions, and guest requests. Monitor guest flow and waiting times and communicate delays professionally. Maintain a welcoming, organized, and presentable reception area. Handle guest inquiries and initial complaints with courtesy and escalate when required. Maintain excellent grooming, personal hygiene, posture, and professional appearance. Requirements Previous hostess, receptionist, or customer-service experience preferred. Hospitality or Lebanese/Arabic restaurant experience is an advantage. Excellent in Arabic and English communication. Warm, confident, friendly, and professional personality. Strong organization and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and welcoming during busy periods. Core Objective Create a warm first and lasting impression through genuine Lebanese hospitality , professional guest reception, and smooth coordination of the restaurant's seating and guest flow. Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month Experience: hostess: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
