Both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) positions are available. Job Responsibilities - Provide friendly, professional and quality customer service. - Prepare and serve food according to company recipes, procedures and quality standards. - Take and prepare customer orders accurately and promptly. - Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations. - Monitor stock levels and ensure ingredients and supplies are sufficient. - Keep the restaurant, kitchen, equipment and dining areas clean and organized. - Maintain personal hygiene and ensure uniforms are clean and presentable. - Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures. - Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations. - Perform other duties as assigned by the restaurant supervisor or manager. Requirements - Malaysian citizens only. - Positive attitude, friendly personality and customer-oriented mindset. - Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. - Able to work independently and as part of a team. - Good problem-solving and multitasking skills. - Detail-oriented, disciplined and responsible. - Willing to work rotating shifts, including opening, middle and closing shifts. - Interested in restaurant operations, food preparation and customer service. - Fresh candidates are welcome to apply. Working Hours - 6 working days per week. - 5 days: 9 hours per day, including 1 hour break. - 1 day: 5 hours per day, without a break. - Rotating shifts: - Opening Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Middle Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM - Closing Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM FOH (Front of House): Customer service, taking orders and assisting guests. BOH (Back of House): Food preparation, kitchen operations and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Salary - Basic salary: RM1,800 – RM2,200 per month.
