In this role, you will partner directly with executive leaders to improve visibility into workloads, address operational risks, and build scalable processes that support sustainable growth. Responsibilities: - Develop and monitor resource capacity models across newly deployed pods spanning creative, data, strategy, and production to support efficient delivery. - Identify operational risks and workload imbalances in real time, proactively addressing capacity constraints before they affect delivery timelines. - Provide daily executive status reports and real-time dashboards to the Chief Delivery Officer and senior leadership to support informed decision-making. - Lead change management and adoption of daily standups, war room protocols, and pod operating cadences. - Develop a repeatable operational playbook to support long-term continuity and consistent execution. Qualifications: - 5+ years of progressive experience in PMO, resource management, or operational leadership roles. - Demonstrated expertise in capacity planning across cross-functional teams and supporting organizational design or operating model rollouts. - Proven ability to develop executive-ready daily reporting workflows and communicate actionable insights to C-suite leadership. - Strong change management and communication skills.
