We’re looking for experienced Residential Support Workers to join us in our Ofsted‑registered children’s residential provision in Colchester. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in residential childcare who can manage complex and challenging behaviours, and provide consistent, trauma‑informed care to the most vulnerable children who have experienced adverse childhoods. What You’ll Bring Minimum 1 year of experience in children’s residential care Resilience, empathy, and honesty Strong communication and organisational skills A passion for supporting children and young people What We Offer £13.13 per hour + sleep‑in rate Free extensive training + Level 4 qualification after probation Clear progression to Deputy & Registered Manager roles Paid DBS and reference checks Free meals, free parking & pension scheme A supportive, people‑focused working environment Be part of a friendly, supportive HR team at the core of the organisation. 23 days annual leave + bank holidays.
