Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties. Convert qualified leads through consultative selling, advisory discussions, and negotiations. Conduct site visits and present project features, pricing, and offerings to prospective and existing clients. Build and strengthen the company's brand presence in the residential real estate market. Develop, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Generate referrals and repeat business from existing clients to expand the customer base.
